Financo Provides Fairness Opinion to The Fragrance Outlet
The Fragrance Outlet, Inc. and Perfumania, Inc. have completed the combination of their respective businesses to form Obsession Holdings, a new company that will operate both chains of discount fragrance retailers in the United States. Founded in 1990, and operating over 100 retail stores, The Fragrance Outlet is one of the nation’s largest discount retailers of genuine designer fragrances and related accessories. Perfumania, America’s largest discount fragrance retailer, also operates over 100 retail stores throughout the U.S. Obsession Holdings will become the largest discount retailer of fragrance in the U.S. with over 200 stores.
