Financial Advisor to Lincolnshire Management on Sale of National Pen to Cimpress
Following the founders’ sale to Berwind Corporation in 2004, National Pen was subsequently sold to Lincolnshire Management, a NY-based private equity group. The exit to public company Cimpress provides a complement to Cimpress’ business of personalized marketing materials and business cards under a range of brands, including Vistaprint.

The business manufactures and markets a broad array of writing instruments and sources other products, such as calendars, mugs and key chains, designed to help small and medium sized businesses promote their name and services.
