What inspired you to join Financo?
When the opportunity arose to take control of Financo, it was immediately clear that this presented me with a chance to build something special. There was huge potential and upside in middle-market consumer, and Financo presented itself as the perfect platform and foundation to build a highly successful, highly relevant boutique bank.
How has Financo evolved over the past five years?
While we have evolved tremendously with the consumer industry and the tailwinds across sub-sectors, our real growth is founded in our team. We have attracted and developed a pool of talent that is truly second to none on Wall Street. The professionalism, world-class execution and unsurpassed industry knowledge of our banker group is a real differentiator in the industry and what set us apart. I am incredibly proud of the team we have built and what they stand for in representing Financo on each and every mandate we receive.
What’s the best piece of advice you have ever received?
The best advice I have ever received came from my father – “You only get one reputation in life. Nurture it and preserve it carefully.”
Where can we find you when you’re outside the office?
Out on the water – boating or going on scuba diving adventures around the world with my children.
