What differentiates Financo within Consumer & Retail?
What sets us apart are the levels of pride and attention to detail we bring to every assignment. We dive deep into the trenches with our clients to gain a superior level of understanding of their underlying businesses. We then work arm-in-arm to deliver a positive outcome, based on our sophisticated industry expertise and robust analytical capabilities.
How has Financo’s culture impacted you?
Financo’s flat and collaborative culture has strengthened my knowledge of deal-making and the consumer sector. Our robust internal dialogue leads to tremendous sharing of best practices and key learnings from each transaction, and it enables us to deliver thoughtful, well-informed advice to our clients. Working with a team of high-performing individuals, across levels and sector specializations, pushes us to bring our A-game each and every day.
What have you learned from a client that has had a lasting impact?
I have had the pleasure of working with some of the most talented founders and entrepreneurs in the consumer space, and the overarching theme I have learned from them is the importance of building talent across organizations. It is critical to recognize the impossibility of being an expert in all fields, and identifying and empowering the right talent is a key driver of success.
Where can you find me out of the office:
In the winter I can usually be found chasing powder at a ski resort in the Rockies. In the other seasons I like to go for spirited drives through the hills of upstate NY.
