What was your first job, and how has it influenced you today?
I worked at a large branded retail store in high school, and I would spend hours helping customers and performing various tasks around the store. Some fundamental tenets had already been instilled, but they were cemented as a result of that experience: treat people the way you want to be treated, and most people need some help, even if they think they know what they want.
What is the one thing you wish people knew about you?
I am grateful for my family every day. I truly believe I’m one of the luckiest people on the planet. I met my wife in high school, and we now have four amazing children. The love and challenges my family provides continues to support and humble me. I would not be the person I am without them.
What attracted you to Financo?
The ability to really connect with people and develop relationships that last a lifetime. I believe that if I’m doing my job well, and put other people’s needs ahead of my own, the business part of the relationship takes care of itself. Financo’s client-first mentality allows me to focus on relationships rather than transactions, which ultimately benefits everyone.
Where can we find you when you’re outside the office?
Most likely running late to one of my kids’ activities!
